We take great pride in creating each product with utmost care and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at PinnowPins@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status and eligibility for a refund.
Refunds:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees, to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations:
