Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with PinnowPins! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle creating and shipping our handmade products.

Purchasing:

Upon receiving your order, we'll begin creating your Pinnow, you will not recieve confirmation during this process.
Depending on order, only Bulk or Custom Orders will be confirmed with the customer after an order is placed.
Depending on order, Bulk and Custom Orders must be approved before moving forward.
After customer confirmation, and the Pinnow is created, PinnowPins will ship the order.
All shipping will go through USPS Ground Shipping.

Production and Shipping Time:

PinnowPins aims to provide each cusotmer with the fastest production time possible. Orders will take between 1-3 weeks to process before shipping.
Please allow for shipping to take between 2-3 weeks.
Please understand that PinnowPins is not responsible for delayed shipping times, please contact USPS using your tracking number for more information on a delayed package.

Shipping Information:

PinnowPins uses recycled materials during the packaging and shipping process.
Typical orders will be shipping in a 4x4x4 corrugated box.
Typical orders will not weigh more than 4oz.
Signatures are not required, minimum insurance is included, and rush orders are not accepted.
We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information:

All orders will include minimum insurance protection and updated tracking information. An email after any order will be automatically sent with tracking included. Tracking can also be found via the live chat on the website or by contacting our customer support.
